9. Shipping & Handling: How long will my order take to arrive? Every Scentorium order is prepared with meticulous care. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. We offer secure global shipping with full tracking capabilities. International Collectors (Non-EU): Please note that you act as the Importer of Record. You are fully responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes required by your country upon delivery.

10. The Personal Nature of Scent: What is your return policy? Because we curate highly sensitive olfactory art, we operate under a strict "All Sales Are Final" philosophy for unsealed items. Under European law (the Hygiene Exception), removing the factory seal or pressing the atomizer pump even once (our First Spray Clause) permanently voids any eligibility for a return. We do accept returns for pristine, factory-sealed items within 14 days; however, please be aware that a 5-10% administrative restocking fee will apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
